Mary Byron Project, a national organization working to address the root causes of domestic violence and help build safer, healthier communities announces awards to showcase and applaud local innovations that demonstrate promise in breaking the cycle of violence. The program provides cash awards of $10,000 to each organization. The awards would be presented to programs that can serve as models for the nation in their efforts to reduce violence. Eligible applicants are non-profits organizations and government agencies.
